Return & Exchange Policy

At Mirha Wear, every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with precision. We aim for each order to meet your expectations perfectly. However, if something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange policy ensures a smooth and fair process while maintaining the integrity of our craftsmanship.

Return & Exchange Window

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within  2 days of receiving your order. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate your request as our collections are produced in limited quantities.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The item shows no visible signs of wear, perfume, stains, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer and will not qualify for refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during flash sales or marked as Final Sale.
  • Customized, altered, or pre-ordered items.
  • Gift cards or store credits.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:

  • For prepaid orders — refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • For COD or sale orders — refund will be issued as a Mirha Wear Gift Card (valid for 6 months).

Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We allow one-time exchanges per order. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please email us within 3 days of delivery.

Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking for your safety.

In case of a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost after verification.

International Orders

For international returns or exchanges, customers must bear all shipping and customs duties. Refunds for international orders will be provided as MirhaWear Gift Cards once the returned product is received and inspected.

Exceptions & Special Conditions

  • Products purchased under discount codes or promotional offers may only be exchanged or refunded via gift card.
  • MirhaWear reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet quality or condition standards.
  • In rare cases, a handling fee may be applied if the item is returned repeatedly without valid reason.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at care@mirhawear.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear images of the product if applicable. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
