Returns
We hope you love your Mirha Wear purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 24 Hour of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In its original condition, including tags
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at mirhaawear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. if the item is not defected or not mismatched You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow [7] business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
Please note:
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, such as intimate apparel.
